he active part of the clutch includes flywheel, clutch cover and pressure plate. The clutch cover is fixed on the flywheel with bolts, and the boss on the rear circumference of the pressure plate extends into the window of the clutch cover and can move axially along the window. In this way, when the engine rotates, the power is transmitted to the pressure plate through the flywheel and clutch cover and rotates together.
The driven part of the clutch includes a driven plate and a driven shaft. The driven plate is provided with double-sided friction linings, which are respectively in contact with the flywheel and pressure plate when the clutch is normally engaged; The driven plate is installed on the spline of the driven shaft through the spline hub. The driven shaft is the input shaft (first shaft) of the manual transmission. Its front end is supported in the center hole at the rear end of the crankshaft through the bearing, and its rear end is supported on the transmission housing.
The pressing mechanism consists of several pressing springs evenly arranged along the circumference, which are installed between the pressure plate and the clutch cover to press the pressure plate and the driven plate against the flywheel to press the flywheel, the driven plate and the pressure plate together.
The operating mechanism consists of clutch pedal, release pull rod, adjusting fork, release fork, release sleeve, release bearing, release lever, return spring, etc.
